We ship your purchase anywhere in Canada and the United States.
Preparation of orders and delivery:
- All online orders are shipped the next day and up to the third business day following the date of your order.
- If an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you to notify you, if the delay does not suit you we will proceed to a refund.
- We use Canada Post’s “expedited parcel” service (approximately 2 to 3 days) and the fees for the following schedule will be applied. If someone can receive the package at the delivery address, we can use Dicom Express, for a faster service (24 to 48 hours everywhere in Quebec and Ontario), just register a note, when you fill out the form.
- Any order from Canada over $90.00 and over $300 from the United States will be delivered free of charge. For orders less than these amounts, a slight shipping charge will be applied according to the fee schedule below
- If you are outside of these areas, send us an email with what you need and your contact information, including your postal code or zip code. We will make you a proposal for transportation costs.

Type of order accepted:
- Online order,
- Directly at our retailers.
- Our prices do not include sales taxes, they will be charged upon payment at the rate in effect at the delivery address of the order.
- For orders shipped to the United States, no tax applies, however the applicable customs fees will be borne by the customer.
- Our prices are displayed in Canadian dollars.
- No packaging and handling fees are added to our rates.
Return and cancellation:
If a product does not conform to the description or does not suit your expectations, we accept returns without charge, within 30 days of receipt of your order, when we receive the product a refund will be made. The item must be in its original condition and packaging and must not have been opened. We will cover the shipping costs for the return, but we do not refund the shipping costs of the goods you paid for the shipment. Before making a return, you must contact us and include your order number.
Liquidation products and custom colored products constitute a final sale and are exempt from the above return and cancellation policy: No return of merchandise, exchange or refund.
