Warranty

Products distributed by EVO™ Home Finishing are guaranteed against defect and non-conformity. As the manufacturer cannot control compliance with application methods and circumstances of use, this warranty covers only the quality of the products. In case of non-conformity, EVO™ Home Finishing will replace the proven defective item.

Order processing and delivery costs

– All online orders are shipped the next day and no later than the third business day following the date of your order;

– If an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you about it. If the delay is not convenient for you, we will proceed to a refund;

– We use Canada Post’s “Expedited Parcel Service” and shipping charges apply according to the rate table below. Delivery times are approximately 2 to 3 days, but may be longer outside the province of Quebec;

– All orders from Quebec and Ontario over $100 as well as those over $200 from the rest of Canada will be delivered free of charge. For orders under these amounts, a small shipping charge will be applied according to the rate schedule below, with some exceptions*.

Price policy

  • Our prices do not include sales taxes, they will be applied at checkout according to the respective rate and delivery address;
  • If you have a provincial tax exemption, it is your responsibility to claim the tax from the relevant government;
  • Our prices are in Canadian dollars;
  • No packaging and handling fees are added to our rates.

Cancellations and Returns

  • If a product does not match the description or does not suit your expectations, we accept returns without charge within 30 days of reception of your order.  
  • When we receive the product, a refund will be applied. 
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging must not have been opened.   
  • We will cover the shipping costs for the return, but we do not refund the initial shipping costs when you first ordered.  
  • Before returning a product, you must contact us for a return number (RMA).
  • Liquidation products, along with custom colored products, constitute a final sale and are exempt from the above cancellation and return policy.  
  • No return, exchange or refund is granted for special orders.
